Trihangle – Safety Warnings & Instructions

Important Safety Information

Please read all instructions and warnings before using your Boulda Trihangle. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in injury or product damage. By using this product, you accept responsibility for its safe use.

  • Maximum Load: The Trihangle is designed to support a maximum of 80 kg when loaded correctly. Exceeding this limit may cause product failure and serious injury.
  • Carabiner Use: The included carabiner is not Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and must never be used for climbing or safety‑critical applications. It is intended solely for:
    • Attaching weights to the Trihangle for training.
    • Connecting the Trihangle to a suitable mounting point for bodyweight hangs.
  • Full Bodyweight Hangs: For hangs using your full bodyweight, use two Trihangles (one per hand) to distribute load.
  • Attachment & Mounting:
    • The Trihangle must only be suspended via the supplied cord and carabiner.
    • Do not attach or mount using screws, nails, or fasteners through the 3D‑printed parts.
    • Ensure your mounting point is structurally sound and capable of supporting the intended load.
  • Exercise Bands: Resistance bands may be attached to the carabiner for finger curl or other exercises. Ensure bands are secured and positioned to avoid rebound injuries.
  • Children: Not suitable for children under 16 years without direct adult supervision.
  • Safe Positioning: Never hang weights directly over your feet or other body parts. Keep clear of the drop zone to avoid injury from falling weights or equipment.
  • Inspection Before Use: Always check the Trihangle, cord, and carabiner for cracks, fraying, wear, or other damage. Do not use if any component is damaged. Contact us if damage appears to be due to a manufacturing defect.
  • Health & Fitness Advice: Consult a qualified medical, physiotherapy, or climbing/exercise professional before starting a training program, especially if you have existing injuries or health concerns.
  • User Responsibility: This is a training aid only. Users assume all risks associated with its use.

Care & Storage

  • Material: The Trihangle is made from wood‑filled PLA, which may warp or degrade if exposed to high heat or prolonged sunlight.
  • Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heaters, or hot environments such as inside a parked car.
  • Cleaning: Wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, solvents, or soaking in water.
  • Longevity: Inspect regularly and replace if there are signs of material fatigue, cracking, or cord deterioration.
